Technical Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Associate to join our team at Strescon Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with municipalities, contractors, developers, and the design community in New Brunswick and Maine.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel throughout the region to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets
- Solicit and develop relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
- Provide technical leadership to help customers understand the benefits of our pre-cast concrete products
- Act as liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Perform project take-offs and pricing
- Track and follow up on potential projects
- Assist in preparing sales targets and departmental budgets
- Represent the company at professional events
- Contribute to electronic marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma in a technology or engineering field (or business degree with sales focus and construction experience)
- Working knowledge of contract drawings and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High energy and ability to execute tasks in a timely manner
