BURNCO Rock Products Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and organized Corporate Receptionist to join our team in Calgary. As a key member of our corporate office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our visitors, vendors, and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage office supplies, track inventory, and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate corporate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with mail and courier services, as well as provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Human Resources.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software.
