Job Summary

The Property Manager is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining equipment, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. This role involves managing a team of Car Wash Attendants, ensuring they have the necessary resources to succeed, and overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of car wash locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure maintenance checklists are being followed and equipment is in good working order.
  • Oversee the timely execution of repairs and maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the overall appearance of assigned locations is tidy and inviting to customers, including managing snow removal during winter months.
  • Regularly engage with customers, proactively assist them on-site, and solicit feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently, aiming to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Assist customers with signing up for membership programs and manage the Car Wash Attendants servicing assigned locations.
  • Oversee all necessary training to set CWAs up for success, regularly evaluate their performance, and implement any necessary personnel changes.
  • Ensure CWAs adhere to the same standards and schedule staff to achieve optimal car wash operations and customer service.
  • Track and remit payroll information on a weekly basis and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Oversee the collection of coins at assigned locations and deposit funds into the company's bank account on a weekly basis.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in a property management role or management in retail, hospitality, or a similar industry.
  • Experience leading teams and strong leadership abilities with a focus on team harmony.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective problem-solving, and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities.
