Job Summary

The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining equipment, and leading a local team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. This role involves managing a team of Car Wash Attendants, ensuring they have the necessary resources to succeed, and overseeing the management of car wash locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure maintenance checklists are being followed.
  • Oversee the timely execution of repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure the overall appearance of assigned locations is tidy and inviting to customers.
  • Regularly engage with customers, proactively assist them on-site, and solicit feedback to improve the customer experience.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Manage the Car Wash Attendants servicing assigned locations.
  • Oversee training and performance evaluation of team members.
  • Ensure team members adhere to standards and operate in a safe environment.
  • Collect and deposit coins at assigned locations on a weekly basis.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in property management or management in retail, hospitality, or a similar industry.
  • Experience leading teams and strong leadership abilities with a focus on team harmony.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Customer service orientation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities.
