We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our team at First Nations Bank of Canada. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for structuring and packaging competitive solutions to meet customers' needs, managing and developing relationships, building your portfolio, analyzing financial data, and writing credit applications.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Analyze financial data and write credit applications to approve and renew credit.
- Monitor and control the portfolio to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to grow revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least three (3) years of experience in the Canadian financial services industry with a background in business banking.
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio in a complex commercial and First Nations industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of portfolio management.
- Acceptable criminal record check and credit check.
