Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Treatment Staff, Community Respite Services to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide residential and support services to individuals with complex needs. Your primary responsibility will be to implement treatment plans, provide personal care, and support individuals in exploring relationships and community activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement treatment plans and provide personal care to individuals with complex needs
  • Support individuals in exploring relationships and community activities
  • Participate in development and implementation of Daily Activity Schedules (DAS) and Behavioural Tracking (BT) data sheets
  • Conduct assessments and implement developmental training and psychological/behavioural treatment programs
  • Provide assistance and support to other team members
  • Liaise with external agencies, schools, and community resources as needed
Requirements
  • Grade XII Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Certification in CPR and Emergency First Aid
  • Minimum of two years' experience providing services to people with disabilities
  • Experience supporting children is preferred
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
