Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Treatment Staff, Community Respite Services to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide residential and support services to individuals with complex needs. Your primary responsibility will be to implement treatment plans, promote independence, and foster meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism
  • Develop and implement daily activity schedules and behavioral tracking data sheets
  • Conduct assessments and implement developmental training and psychological/behavioral treatment programs
  • Liaise with external agencies, schools, and community resources to ensure comprehensive support
  • Employ principles of Non-Violent Crisis Intervention to manage challenging behavior
Requirements
  • Grade XII Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Certification in CPR and Emergency First Aid
  • Minimum of two years' experience providing services to people with disabilities
  • Experience supporting children is preferred
