Job Summary

We are seeking a Treatment Support Specialist to join our Community Respite Services team. In this role, you will provide residential and support services to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with disabilities, including assistance with daily living activities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote adaptive behavior and independence.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support services.
  • Participate in data collection and reporting to inform treatment planning and service delivery.
  • Provide crisis intervention and behavioral support as needed.
Requirements
  • Grade XII Diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification in CPR and Emergency First Aid.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
