Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Intelli Matrix. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our computer systems and networks are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer hardware, software, and networks
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 7 months of experience in technical support or related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
