We are looking for a skilled Paralegal to join our team at Reliance Impact. As a Paralegal - Family Law, your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support cases.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, affidavits, financial statements, and agreements.
  • Represent clients in court for procedural matters, case conferences, and motions where permitted.
  • Conduct legal research and provide case law analysis to support legal proceedings.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Ontario family law, court procedures, and case management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a paralegal in family law.
  • Paralegal diploma and a valid P1 license in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
