Auger Hollingsworth Accident & Injury Lawyers want to hire an experienced Licensed Personal Injury Litigation Law Clerk or Paralegal to work and provide full support to our experienced litigation lawyers and firm clients.

The Licensed Paralegal must have at least 2 years of personal injury litigation experience on behalf of either plaintiffs or defendants. We need a strong litigation law clerk/paralegal who can take charge and support a busy litigation practice.

Ideally, the candidate would live in Eastern Ontario or GTA. We are offering either in-office, hybrid or fully remote.

Meet with clients and build cases under lawyer supervision from inception/pre-litigation through to discovery, mediation, pre-trial and trial.

# Must be able to demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills with clients, supervising lawyer, opponents, courts and the community.

# Manage, delegate to and supervise outside vendors including private investigators, process servers, health care providers, experts etc.

# Continually engaged in continuing legal education and learning how to improve litigation knowledge and skills.

Only "A Players" who understand that in order to be a top law clerk/paralegal one must work hard, with focus and commitment.
Organization and Planning: Plan, organize and schedule future litigation events in order to ensure the lawyer's cases are moving toward resolution on a weekly/quarterly basis.
Strategic Executor of all litigation skills including client management, and assist lawyer in preparing for discovery, mediation, pre-trial and trial.
