Job Description for Administrative Assistant

Mansahib Financial Inc. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and Coordinate Meetings: The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Training and Development: They will train other workers on new procedures and processes.
  • Minute-Taking: The candidate will record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Office Procedures: They will determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure smooth operations.
  • Scheduling: The candidate will schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: They will answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Data Management: The candidate will compile data, statistics, and other information for reports and presentations.
  • Supply Management: They will order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Travel Arrangements: The candidate will arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Front Desk Reception: They will greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general assistance.
  • Information Management: The candidate will set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Document Preparation: They will type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
