Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Strategy
- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including staff, partners, and community leaders.
- Operational Management
- Oversee the allocation of resources, including budgeting, financial planning, and human resources management.
- Ensure the effective management of our programs and services, including quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Communication and Representation
- Represent EPIC in a professional and effective manner, both internally and externally.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and community leaders.
- Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of senior staff, including directors and middle managers.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to support the growth and success of your team.
- Education
- College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a non-profit or educational setting.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective plans and policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.

- Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
