Truck Service and Maintenance Coordinator

Velocity Truck Centres Canada is seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team in Prince George, BC. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and experience.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers, book appointments, and schedule repairs.
- Create estimates and invoices.
- Sell repairs and services recommended by the technician.
- Follow up with customers and keep them updated.
- Explain all work performed and charges.
- Great customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once.
- Confidence using computer systems and scheduling tools.
- Experience with schedules and basic accounting procedures.
- Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the automotive or trucking industry is an asset.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma.
