Service Advisor

Velocity Truck Centres Canada is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at our Prince George, BC location. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers, booking appointments, and scheduling repairs.
- Create accurate estimates and invoices.
- Sell recommended repairs and services to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Explain all work performed and charges to customers.
- Excellent customer service skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence using computer systems and scheduling tools.
- Previous experience in the automotive or trucking industry is an asset.
- High School Diploma required.
