Service Advisor

Velocity Truck Centres Canada is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at our Prince George, BC dealership. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers and book appointments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Write up work orders and schedule repairs with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Create estimates and invoices for customers.
- Sell repairs and services recommended by technicians to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service provided.
- Explain all work performed and charges to customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent customer service skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence using computer systems and scheduling tools.
- Experience with schedules and basic accounting procedures.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in the automotive or trucking industry is an asset.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma.
