We are seeking an experienced individual for a position as an Executive Chef Assistant at BC LTD. This role requires a strong background in culinary arts and excellent communication skills.

About the Position

As an Executive Chef Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the head chef in managing daily kitchen operations, maintaining high food quality standards, and ensuring efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the head chef in menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery during peak hours.
Requirements
  • Secondary school graduation certificate required; degree or diploma in culinary arts preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a commercial kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredient preparation, and presentation styles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work under pressure.
