Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Customer Service: Ensure that every customer has an exceptional experience, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, identifying opportunities to increase sales and drive business growth.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, with frequent walking and bending.
