Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at KFC Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and front-of-house areas during your shift.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their experience at KFC Restaurant is positive and memorable.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with attention to detail required.
- Personal Suitability: Flexibility, team player, and dependability are essential qualities for this role.
