Job Summary:
The HR/Payroll Coordinator role at Randstad Canada involves working collaboratively within the HR team to manage HR/Payroll administration, HR programs support, and specialist responsibility in payroll and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate and compliant HR/Payroll records.
Coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including new employee check-ins and follow-ups.
Enter approved changes into benefit systems and payroll as required.
Support annual bonus payments and assist with the Year End payroll process.
Prepare reports from ADP Workforce Now to provide statistical information to HR.

Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum two to three years of experience in Human Resources/Payroll.
Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and MS Office software.
Excellent interpersonal and client-relations skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
