Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at PHL Distributions INC.
Job Summary:The Human Resources Coordinator will provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions and processes. This role will involve coordinating recruitment efforts, maintaining employee records, and providing excellent customer service to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Hiring: Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Employee Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including completing necessary paperwork and providing orientation.
- Benefits Administration: Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including health, dental, and vision plans.
- HR Systems: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
- Communication: Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year.
