Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at UNIVERIS Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing human resources policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and implement human resources policies and programs
  • Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements
  • Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales
  • Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs
  • Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs
  • Oversee development of communication strategies
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff
  • Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent position
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • English language
