As an Industrial Designer at Cascades, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative product solutions;
- Analyzing customer needs and preferences to inform design decisions;
- Conducting research to identify opportunities for cost savings and sustainability improvements;
- Developing and refining design concepts using computer-aided design (CAD) software;
- Working closely with production teams to ensure seamless execution of designs.

Requirements:
- College diploma or equivalent in Packaging Engineering/Industrial Design Technology or a related field;
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in industrial design and/or packaging design;
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the Corrugated Industry;
- Proficiency in English.
