About the Role

Cascades is seeking a talented Industrial Designer to join our team in St-Marys. As an Industrial Designer, you will play a key role in developing innovative products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products
  • Conduct research to identify market trends and customer needs
  • Develop and refine product designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software
  • Work with production teams to ensure efficient manufacturing processes
  • Consult with engineers and production staff to resolve design and production issues
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in Packaging Engineering/Industrial Design Technology or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in industrial design and/or packaging design
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the Corrugated Industry
  • Proficiency in English
