About the Role

Cascades is seeking a talented Industrial Designer to join our team in St-Marys. As an Industrial Designer, you will play a key role in developing innovative and sustainable products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and user needs
  • Conduct research on materials, production methods, and cost optimization
  • Develop design concepts, sketches, and prototypes for approval
  • Prepare manufacturing drawings, specifications, and guidelines for production
  • Consult with engineers and production staff during the manufacturing stage
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in industrial design and/or packaging design
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the Corrugated Industry
  • Proficiency in English
