Job Title: Industrial Designer

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Designer to join our team at Cascades Canada ULC. As an Industrial Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish product requirements and design specifications.
  • Conduct research on materials, production methods, and user preferences to inform design decisions.
  • Develop and refine designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Prepare manufacturing drawings, specifications, and guidelines for production and construct prototypes.
  • Analyze user needs and preferences to ensure designs meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in industrial design or a related field.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and production methods.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
