We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Culinary Team Member to join our team at Church's Texas Chicken. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the quality and quantity standards of Church's Texas Chicken.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
- Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring a smooth operation of the kitchen.
- Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our culinary team.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a clean and organized environment that meets the standards of Church's Texas Chicken.
- Recruitment and Hiring: Recruit and hire staff, contributing to the growth and development of our team.
- Event Planning: Organize buffets and banquets, ensuring a seamless and successful experience for our customers.
- Operational Management: Manage kitchen operations, making decisions that drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
