  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory levels and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth kitchen operations and maintain high standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to inform kitchen operations and decision-making.
  • Cleaning and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
