**Job Summary**

We are seeking an Operations Support Professional to join our client's office team, supporting the daily operations of the facility, with a focus on hardware distribution.

This on-site position will help multiple teams, as well as support teams across Canada and globally.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Working at the front desk, as the first point of contact for employees, contractors, and visitors.
  • Daily building status and reporting of issues.
  • Interface with local IT and Facilities staff as needed.
  • Communicate needs to stakeholders.
  • Handle associated shipping and receiving duties.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and reorder as needed.
  • Supply PC hardware to individuals and teams.
  • Manage the badge access system for the site.
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations team.
  • Create and maintain reports as required, including a weekly communication to the site.
  • Required Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong aptitude for problem solving.
  • Detail-oriented self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in managing inventory.
  • Post-secondary education.
  • Building management and ordering/shipping/receiving experience.
  • Experience with Windows PC/Operating System.
