Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at PLAN IT CONSULTING INC. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing office procedures, maintaining inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Office Administration: Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a smooth daily operation.
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective assistance to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Contract Management: Determine and establish office procedures and routines for managing contracts and invoices.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in data entry.
Working Conditions:
  • The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment with varying levels of pressure.
  • This position requires strong teamwork and client focus skills.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
