Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Operations Coordinator to join our team at Bradford David Starcheski.

About the Role

The primary responsibility of this position is to plan and organize daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects. This includes scheduling and confirming appointments, managing information filing systems, and maintaining office supplies inventory.

This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and external partners.

A successful candidate will have a strong educational background, preferably with a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Additionally, they will have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient task completion.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Manage information filing systems, both manual and computerized, to ensure accurate data storage and retrieval.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a support operations role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in organizing and prioritizing tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
