About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Molson Coors Beverage Company. As a key member of our Ontario Commercial team, you will be responsible for achieving volume and distribution targets in the Barrie South Territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, business partners, and industry associations to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Negotiate annual agreements with on-premise customers to ensure successful implementation of their strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targeted sales goals on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Ensure excellent execution by building rapport and supporting product standards with customers.
  • Plan and administer budgets, develop business case proposals, and execute strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Participate in daily sales meetings with your team to discuss sales performance and strategies.
  • Analyze sales data to track volume, distribution performance, and the competitive landscape to develop strategies to meet sales challenges.
Requirements
  • You must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • You should have 1-5 years of progressive experience in sales and key accounts management in the consumer or direct store delivery industries.
  • You must have a valid provincial driver's license in good standing with no limitations or restrictions.
  • You must be able to provide consent to complete a criminal background check and provide a driver's abstract as part of the recruitment process.
