Job Description:

We are seeking driven and elite Territory Sales Managers to join our expanding team. This is a pure sales role with elite income potential - our top performers earn $250K+ per year covering 6-10 leads per week. As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll be representing high-quality, in-demand home improvement services that meet the needs of our clients. Your only responsibility is to meet with clients, understand their needs, and close deals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth in new and existing markets.
  • Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Educate customers on our services with detailed and accurate information.
  • Achieve sales targets by identifying, developing, and securing business opportunities.
  • Perform market research to understand competitors and market trends.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports to senior management.
  • Participate in sales team meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and success.
  • Deliver high-quality sales presentations to potential customers, translating the value of our services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
Qualifications:
  • Must have own vehicle, cell phone, and computer/tablet.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is beneficial.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and selling skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and committed to achieving sales goals.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade exhibitions, etc.
  • Minimum 6 years in a high-performance / commission-based B2B or B2C sales position.
Compensation:

This position is 100% commission structure with extremely high earning potential.
