We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Quality Control Technician. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our asphalt mixes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility within our organization
- Conduct thorough tests on produced asphalt mixes to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Analyze test results and provide accurate interpretations of data
- Supervise laboratory technicians and provide guidance on laboratory procedures
- Manage laboratory equipment and supplies, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of all lab equipment, minimizing downtime and errors
- Prepare comprehensive quality control reports and recommend corrective actions to improve processes
- Other related tasks as required

Requirements:
- DEC in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and own vehicle for travel to job sites
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Office Suite, with ability to learn and adapt to new software
- Experience in asphalt mixes is considered an asset, but not required
