About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ambassador to join our Core Diagnostics Division at Abbott. As an Ambassador, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and expanding our market share in the diagnostics industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account management strategies to drive revenue growth and customer retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including laboratory managers and directors
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on our laboratory solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including menu expansion and value creation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a laboratory environment, with a focus on diagnostics and customer-facing roles
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a strong understanding of the diagnostics industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience providing technical product application and/or hardware support
