We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our laboratory meets the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with ISO/CEI standards
  • Conduct internal audits and quality control checks to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to develop and implement quality procedures and protocols
  • Provide training and support to laboratory staff on quality management and compliance
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation and records
  • Participate in external audits and quality assessments
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g. quality assurance, laboratory science)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting with a focus on quality assurance and compliance
  • Proven track record of implementing and maintaining quality management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
