We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Medical Technologist to join our team at Lacroix Médecine Privée. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for leading the development of new specialized techniques and ensuring the quality of laboratory work.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the development of new specialized techniques and implement them in the laboratory.
- Train and supervise medical technologists in the laboratory, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Head of Biochemistry-Hematology to manage laboratory operations and make decisions on technology implementation.
- Contribute to the assessment of quality, organization, and staff development in the laboratory.
- Perform other technical tasks as required.
- College diploma (DEC) in biomedical analysis technology from a recognized school.
- 5 years of experience in microbiology, with additional experience as a technical coordinator or clinical instructor an asset.
- Recent experience as a super user or pilot of computerized laboratory systems an asset.
- Experience working with computerized laboratory systems, such as Technidata, an asset.
