The successful candidate will leverage their leadership skills, retail sales background, and passion for natural wellness to support the Store Management Team in leading the store sales team to exceed sales goals, create exceptional customer experiences, and represent Healthy Planet Stores with pride.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of front desk cash counter operations, ensuring smooth transaction processes, accurate cash handling, and outstanding customer service.
  • Monitor and follow up on the daily activities of the first-floor grocery department, ensuring adherence to merchandising standards and fostering positive sales behaviors to drive performance.
  • Act as a liaison between the front desk and grocery team to streamline operations, promptly resolve issues, and support the overall store goals.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Store Manager will be expected to:

  • Greet and assist customers in a manner that models exemplary conduct to other staff.
  • Make sure all customer complaints are addressed and handled professionally, leaving the customer with a positive resolution.
  • Build team commitment to high standards of service, exceeding Customer expectations and leading by example.
