Job Description

Metro Mon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, managing store operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for retail management. You will be responsible for:

  1. Assisting the Store Manager: Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, implement merchandising programs, and maintain a safe and efficient store environment.
  2. Leading a Team: Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates who provide outstanding customer service and contribute to the store's success.
  3. Driving Sales Growth: Work closely with Department Managers to establish productivity goals, optimize merchandise display, and drive sales through effective visual merchandising.
  4. Ensuring Compliance: Maintain adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations, and collective agreements.

Key qualifications include:

  • College or university education
  • 3-5 years of progressive management experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Good business acumen and strong leadership skills
