The Role

The Store Manager oversees all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, staffing, inventory management and customer service. The Store Manager will recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.

What you'll be doing:

- You will be responsible for recruiting strong sales focused individuals to join your team.
- You will train, coach and develop sales associates to be high performers.
- You will be the Chief Culture Officer of your store.
- You will handle weekly scheduling for all sales associates.
- You will act as a support to sales associates in their daily activities.

Who we are looking for:

- 5-10 years of experience working in retail sales.
- A proven track record in cross selling clients on multiple products and services.
- Experience leading and developing a high performing sales team.
- Strong network of sales representatives.
