Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Crafted1885 is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation and Service: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Inventory and Budgeting: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, prepare budget and cost estimates, and ensure that food and supplies are ordered and received in a timely manner.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk. The position requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and is physically demanding.
