Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain inventory levels and ensure efficient operations
- Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure quality control standards are met
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- Will train
- Or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and have a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
