Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1736035 ONT INC. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Hire and Manage Staff: Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that we have a skilled and motivated team in place to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare Budget and Reports: Prepare budget and cost estimates, as well as reports on sales, stock, and wastage, to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
- Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team setting. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.

- Flexibility: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
