About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at NAAD PRODUCTION LTD. as an Office Coordinator. This is a permanent position that requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and colleagues, responding to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, reports, and other documents.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects as needed, including data entry, research, and other tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a high level of flexibility and adaptability. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
