About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at AJE Rai Professional Services Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and accurate communication with stakeholders.
  • Communication: Respond to telephone and electronic enquiries, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the organization of manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and Adobe Acrobat Reader to perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
Work Environment

As an Administrative Assistant at AJE Rai Professional Services Inc., you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role, or equivalent experience.
