Job Title: Talent and Partnerships Manager

We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Talent and Partnerships Manager. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for setting up the foundation for success on our client campaigns, including influencer discovery, outreach, negotiations, and contracting talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage with influencers who align with our clients' brand values and mission
  • Develop and execute influencer outreach strategies to secure partnerships
  • Manage relationships with influencers and negotiate contracts
  • Provide performance metrics and recommendations to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing or a related field
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze performance trends and market data
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and Airtable
