The Shelf is a full-service influencer marketing agency that leverages its proprietary SaaS platform to deliver end-to-end solutions for clients. As a remote position, this role requires strong communication and collaboration skills to work with our team and clients virtually.

Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Talent Partnerships Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for setting up the foundation for success on client campaigns, including influencer discovery, outreach, negotiations, and contracting talent. You'll need to possess a creative eye for content, a keen awareness of social trends, and the ability to act fast while being flexible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with influencers who align with our clients' brand values and mission
  • Develop and execute influencer outreach strategies to secure partnerships
  • Manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively to meet campaign goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and optimization of campaigns
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, talent acquisition, or a related field
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in using various platforms, including social media and Airtable
