Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Gino's Pizza 181 is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory and reduce waste
  • Prepare and submit reports to management to inform business decisions
  • Supervise a team of 1-2 food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure excellent customer service and food quality
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and staff
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure to meet customer demands
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require attention to detail
Work Environment:

Gino's Pizza 181 is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment that requires flexibility and adaptability. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a kitchen environment with a team of staff to provide exceptional customer service and high-quality food.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

35 hours per week.
