Job Title: Cook

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at 599216 B.C. Ltd. o/a Boston Pizza. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • 40 hours per week
  • English as the primary language of work
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail, handling heavy loads, and working under pressure. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent oral communication skills and a client-focused approach.
