Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Boston Pizza. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and service of food to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation: Lead a team of food service staff to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Plan and order ingredients and supplies to meet the needs of our menu and daily operations.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with frequent standing and physical activity.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and ability to work as part of a team.
This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
